COALITION OF AFRICAN LESBIANS EXECUTIVE REPORT OF THE LESOTHO WORKSHOP
The KPREACH conversation in Lesotho was held from the 29th – 30th August 2018 in the capital Maseru. Modelled as part of similar final conversations happening in all 8 countries this was intended to provide a forum for the conclusion and rounding off of the programme implementation in Lesotho. The conversation being the last one planned KPREACH activity in Lesotho meant this was intended as a rounding off session with planning and commitments for the sustainability of the work that has been done thus far.
At the initial conversation in October 2016, it was said that these conversations are expected to workshops will also explore, analyze and provide evidence of what has worked, what needs improvement and of good practices that have shown strides in implementation of providing a more responsive and inclusive health services in an effort to curb the non-ceasing spread and stigma of HIV and AIDS. This program was specifically tailored to look at populations that have

been found to be most vulnerable to new and continued HIV infection, namely key populations and the various challenges that they face in the advocacy, implementation and daily work of advocating for the right to health in their respective contexts.
